CONSULTATION 

A consultation is required before booking any new installation. We offer free consultations where we take an indepth look at your hair and your desired look, our hair extension specialist will advise on the correct method, weight and colour for your hair and give you a no obligation quote and the maintance and after care needed, We hold all consultations on file so you are free to take some time before committing to an install. 

QUOTE 

all our quotes will include you hair, installation, cutting and styling any additional services will be charged at our normal rate 

BOOKING 

After your free consultation- to book your hair extension install we require a 50% non refundable deposit, the remaining balance is then paid on the day of fitting, we offer klarna and clearpay should you wish to spread the cost. Please advise us at consultation if you wish to use a finance method. 

CUSTOMER SUPPORT 

we are always on hand for advice on aftercare,washing,styling anything  you need as it can be an an adjustment getting used to your fabulous new locks, we allow clients a 2 week grace period to just to the added length in that time should you want to go shorter there is no additional cost. Additional charges apply where clients neglect there maintenance appointments or where there is excessive matting 

Installation Only service 

For  clients that may prefer to bring their own brand of Hair to be installed. We now offer an installation only appointment please note stylists are not responsible for colour match thickness length or blend and clients requiring the service receive no guarantee on installation or Hair Quality or performance , this is more affordable option, that we launched after Covid as the price of raw Hair significantly increased but we do not wish to offer a budget range within the Salon. clients are free to purchase their own Hair And use this service.
This service is not available to be booked online and must be booked via telephone Email or DM a £25 non refundable booking fee is required to book an installation, this will be deducted from the final bill.
